In 2000, our company was reconstructed according to the Law of Corporation. In August, 2004, according to the system reformation scheme on the foreign trade of Sinopec, China Petrochemical Int'l Co., Ltd. took the centralized and unified management on all kinds of foreign trade of petrochemical products, fuel oils, technologies, equipment and materials, apparatuses and instruments, three agents and spare parts.
